The rules

• One story a week. If it needs a syllabus, it belongs in the course — not in the briefing.
• Leave a control. Every issue should end with something a help desk, a district, or a 40-person shop can actually run on Monday.
• No vendor pitch. Tools get named when they are the news. They do not get a booth.
